Website smaller on Google Chrome after adding CI framework

Hello has anyone see this happen before?

I created a website without codeigniter?without any framework. It looked fine on all 4 browsers i used to test with. Once i converted that site into using codeigniter i realized out of the 4 browsers 1 (chroms) the images got smaller. The whole site looks smaller then its supposed to. Anyone know what this happens with Chrome?
