Brian Austin Green Sues Ex Vanessa Marcil-Giovinazzi (omg!)

Brian Austin Green is suing his former Beverly Hills, 90210 costar -- and the mother of his son -- Vanessa Marcil-Giovinazzi, according to TMZ.

Green, 38, filed papers with a Los Angeles court stating that he lent his ex over $200,000 while they were dating. The actor says he asked Marcil-Giovinazzi, 43, to repay the loans, most recently in November 2011, but she never did. Green is seeking repayment of all the money plus unspecified damages.

Green and Marcil-Giovinazzi had a son Kassius, now 9, in 2002. After the two split, Green went on to marry Megan Fox while Marcil married CSI: NY actor Carmine Giovinazzi, both in 2010.
