NBA player Kris Humphries and soon-to-be-ex-wife Kim Kardashian appeared on the "Tonight Show With Jay Leno" on Oct. 4 in Burbank, Calif.

If you were holding out hope that Kris Humphries and Kim Kardashian would reconcile ... OK, you probably weren't holding out hope for that, but now the couple's separation has just become a little more real.
Humphries request for annulment in response to Kardashian's divorce petition was filed?on Thursday in Los Angeles. Natch, TMZ was the first to get its hands on them. Available for your perusal here, the documents?confirm that his request is based on irreconcilable differences as well as fraud.
To save the curious some time: The filing gives no opportunity to explain what "fraud" means. Whether we get an explanation remains to be seen.
But to refresh memories, the last time a big deal was made out of the "fraud" option during a celebrity annulment filling, we were talking about Renee Zellweger and Kenny Chesney. That?particular filing?led to rampant speculation over Chesney's sexuality, and Chesney was later forced to explain that "the only fraud that was committed was me thinking that I knew what it was like ... that I really understood what it was like to be married, and I really didn't."
Kardashian filed for divorce?on Oct. 31, just 72 days after their huge wedding.
